The Mitre ® Squad Rugby Ball is a quality club match ball. It's highly durable with great handling and stability in flight. Size 3 is recommended for children between 3-9 years old. Size 4 is recommended for children between 10-14 years old. Size 5 is recommended for players 14 years old and over. Inflate with a standard pump (not included). Do not overinflate. Moisten the needle before insertion to protect the valve. Store away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure balls are clean and dry before storing and keep in a ventilated bag.
