Emotions affect our whole bodies, from tingly toes to a pounding heart. The charming and sometimes challenging Block Head characters have been created to lead children by the hand as they learn to recognise, understand and talk about their feelings of sadness, happiness, anger, anxiety, jealousy, fear, calmness and excitement.
