The wellbeing and mental health of children will always be an important focus for schools and parents alike. This mental health journal is aimed at children in KS1 and acts as a mentor and coach, supporting children through themes such as empathy, gratitude and forgiveness. The Emotional Wellbeing Journal begins by helping children to make solid statements about themselves and make choices before more complex themes are introduced. More delicate areas of exploration are touched on as well, including making trusting relationships and not feeling guilty for adult behaviours.
